Follow these "12 Ways To Fitness" for a fit and Healthy You!
(Adapted from Women's Day)
1 Day of Rest
2 Days (per week) of Strength Training
3 Sets of Lifting (each exercise)
4 Seconds to Lower Weights (when lifting weights count to two on the up and four to lower)
5 Days of Activity (for a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 times per week)
6 Feet of Exercise Tubing (This amount of band gives you the greatest number of options for different exercises)
7 Hours of Sleep per night (minimum)
8 Muscle Groups to Work (Hips/Glutes, Quads/Front of legs, Hamstrings/Back of legs, Back, Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Abs/Core)
9 Cups of Water per day
10 Minute warm up
11 Minutes of Meditation
12 Repetitions (each set)
