With over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, Gaye Vance, Ph.D. has long known about the mind-body connection. She became increasingly convinced that exercise, fitness and activity were essential to her patients' well being and so obtained her fitness certification. She and her partner at Fitness Connection believe that by addressing both the mind and body, their clients will not only lose weight, but gain a whole lot more in the process!
